Seven Pillars of Health
Saturday Nov. 15th, 2008, 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

This presentation is designed to be an overview of the major principles that lead to a healthy mind and body. By attending you will be able to do a self-inventory of the areas that need attention in your own life.

Getting well and maintaining good health is a process and a way of life. There are certain fundamental principles that must be adhered to in order to experience optimal health and healing. Many of these are so obvious that we take them for granted and fail to practice them in our day-to-day lives. For example, we know the importance of eating a healthy diet and yet many of us continue to eat foods that do not promote health and then wonder why we develop symptoms or illness. Information will be provided that you can take home and put into practice immediately. The things that lead to the greatest levels of health and healing are the things we do on a regular, consistent basis over an extended period of time. Learn more about these things by attending this presentation.

The 7 Pillars of Health included in this presentation are:
1. Exercise/Movement/Stretching.
2. Diet/Nutrition/Supplements.
3. Spinal Alignment/Posture/Ergonomics.
4. Rest/Relaxation/Fun.
5. Constructive habits.
6. Optimistic attitude toward life.
7. A solid spiritual foundation.

Travis Wyly, DC

Dr. Wyly has been a chiropractic patient all his life and a Doctor of Chiropractic for 26 years. Soon after birth, he was hospitalized for congenital health problems. When the medical doctors at that time offered little hope for recovery, his parents took him – at the age of 6 weeks old – to see a chiropractor. Because of the care he received, he fully recovered and thus began his life of Chiropractic. At age 16, he made a decision to attend Chiropractic College. After completing his pre-chiropractic curriculum at the University of Central Arkansas, he graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1982 and opened his first practice 6 months later. He is the owner of the England Chiropractic Clinic.
