In an effort to avoid traditional drug therapies for personal health challenges Laurie began to research and use various alternative and complementary therapies. Her first experience with a Reiki practitioner left her feeling more relaxed and peaceful than she had felt in a long time and lead to the beginning of her training. In addition to Reiki Laurie began using herbal remedies. She is now a 5th Level Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Coach Practitioner by the Certified Coach Federation and distributor for Amazon Herbs Co. Laurie has been a world traveler and brings the experience, knowledge and wisdom of her life’s adventures to every session.
