Pam has advanced training with world leaders in the science and application of therapeutic grade essential oils. Her journey to health and wellness began in 1999 when a dear friend introduced her to Reiki and essential oils for healing. In order to expand her knowledge base in the complimentary and alternative areas, she attended Massage Therapy School and in 2000, graduated and earned a license to practice massage. In 2002 she opened Essential Health. She has more than 8 years experience teaching and using essential oils in her practice, for her family, friends, pets and for her own personal health. She has chosen healing from fibromyalgia, depression, auto accidents, breast cancer & other maladies by using natural methods including essential oils.
Good Health includes everything we eat, drink, breathe, put on our skin, think, speak and do.
Therapeutic Massage Services
Massage Therapy is not only relaxing and therapeutic; it can be very beneficial for many conditions. Massage can be very helpful with chronic conditions, rehabilitation from accidents, recovery from surgery and illnesses, post and pre natal relief and more. Your massage sessions may be customized to include hot or cold packs, aromatherapy, stretching.
Raindrop Technique - combines the art of aromatherapy with the techniques of Vita Flex and massage in the application of essential oils to various areas of the body.
Oncology Massage - utilizes gentle touch-pressure adjustments, positioning for your comfort level, site restrictions, being mind-full of your treatment regimen, as well as other factors.
Spa for your Hands and Feet - Your hands and feet will be exfoliated, moisturized, massaged, using only natural and organic aromatherapy products finishing with hot moist wraps while you recline and relax.
Facial - You will enjoy relaxing while having your facial which includes exfoliation, mask, moisturizing for your face using only natural and organic products.
Auricular Technique - A very relaxing technique utilizing essential oils applied to Vita Flex points on the ears, which are similar to acupuncture meridians.
Reiki - can be defined as a non-physical healing energy made up of life force energy that is guided by the Higher Intelligence, or spiritually guided life force energy.
Integrated Energy Therapy (I.E.T.) - supports you in safety while gently releasing limiting energy patterns of your past, empowering and balancing your life in the present.

Healing Oils of the Bible - A fun and easy scriptural oils program that is an opportunity for a unique and valuable service to the community.
Seven Systems Balancing - In this class we will explore and experience the many benefits of using techniques and essential oils for balance and healing.
Raindrop Technique - Learn how to perform the Raindrop Technique - as developed by Dr. Gary Young. Raindrop Technique is a simple application of dropping 7 essential oils and 2 blends like little drops of rain from about 6 inches above the body.
Customized Raindrop Technique - The basic Raindrop Technique class is a prerequisite for this class. Raindrop Technique can be customized to address different health issues that are not directly related to back problems.
Lightbody - 5th Dimension, 5th System - This class is designed to explore the many dimensions of Lightbody focusing specifically on the 5th circulatory system also known as the Axiotonal System
Using the Essential Health Wellness Center
The Wellness Center is a lovely place for lectures, workshops, classes, meetings with the goals and purpose of providing holistic health and wellness information and education. The meeting room is available to practitioners or presenters who wish to utilize the space.
Amenities provided: Seating for up to 15 guests, Water dispenser (Mt. Valley water) and paper cups, C.D. player, Table - table cloth, Registration cards & pens, Public Restroom, Desk, Locked storage closet, Your event posted on The Essential Health Wellness Center calendar, Link to your website!
