Computer Wrestling and Website Assistance
Ron attained a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics with a computer science minor from Louisiana Tech University. He wrestled with his own PCs time after time after time. Have you noticed that there is always some new computer glitch getting in the way getting your work done? . He learned far more about customizing, maintenance, and defenses than the average person, so now he helps others. He has helped many people set up and customize their computers cutting down on the distractions so they can get their work done. He began teaching Computer Concepts as adjunct faculty at Pulaski Tech University in 2007 and has taught computer usage classes as a volunteer at the Hays Senior Citizen's Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas, for about 5 years.

Breath, Balance & Mindful Movements in Tai Chi
After too many stresses, too much desk work, lots of time at the computer, not enough exercise, and accumulating birthdays, Ron began to encounter some health and agility issues that hadn't been there before. He tried several physical therapies and they helped, but he did not want to become dependent on them. He then tried Yoga, which is a generally healthy movement exercise, and it helped a lot, but he did not find a satisfactory practice at home or on his own. In 2005, he met Master Jeremy Fox and began to learn a variation of the Yang style of Tai Chi called the Han method. He began feeling stronger, healthier, more balanced and grounded. In his own practice he eventually incorporated yoga breath with these Tai Chi movements. When they came together, it rapidly improved his form and practice. He began to share this combination with others. Generally, the practice helps lengthen and strengthen the breath, bring balance and stability with ease of movement, develop mental focus and coordination, and help resolve stresses.
Tai Chi is easy to do and is beneficial with a group or individually: Breathe, stretch, relax, and move
Improve blood circulation and refresh the whole body
Improve balance, poise, coordination, and focus
Relaxed whole body movements with complete breaths are great for relieving stresses.
Wedding, Event & Location Portrait Photography
Ron has always enjoyed photography for the art of it. He got his first camera for $1.00 and still has pictures from it. Like many photographers, he began by experimenting with black and white and then ventured into a wide range of specialty films. For fun, he likes available light, macro, and (long) time exposure photography because of the remarkable results that can be achieved.
In 1985, Ron has branched out into Professional Wedding, Event, and Portraits on Location. Being properly prepared, on time, and doing good work matters to him and he has an excellent track record. He uses professional Nikon cameras, Sunpak flash equipment, location portrait lighting, professional film when required, custom processing, and digital images.
All work is by appointment only, so please call ahead.
