Grief, Loss and Communicating From the Heart
Saturday, September 25th, 8:30 a.m. - 9:20 a.m.
Grief, loss, change and the experience of suffering are a natural and inevitable part of being human. This interactive presentation will examine the meaning they have in our lives and offer tools and strategies for more effectively navigating the experience of suffering, both for ourselves as well as for others who are going through challenging times. It will offer an opportunity to identify and practice some concrete communication and self-care strategies that will support us in this journey.
