Blessed
"The hardest arithmetic to master is that which enables us to count our blessings." Eric Hoffer
When did you last take time to do the math and count your blessings? What value did you place on the gifts you have been blessed with each and every day? Have you considered the air you breathe, the fluids you drink, the food you eat, without which you could not survive? Light by which to see, sounds to hear, textures to feel, flavors to taste, aromas to smell and the senses with which you perceive these are also blessings. Your loved ones, your friends, your talents, your skills are blessings of incalculable value. So, too, are shelter, transportation, electricity, plumbing, all the things you use in the course of every day, to which you may give little thought. In addition to all of these, you have personal blessings unique to yourself. You are blessed with personal experiences and knowledge gained through the lessons of your life, both joyful and sorrowful. Do the math. Count your blessings.
Use this affirmation to increase your blessings:
I am blessed with gifts of incalculable value each and every day.
Take these actions to realize how blessed you are:
List your blessings and review them daily.
Love, Light & Hope,
Andre
