Free Form Drumming

Share in the experience of free-form style drumming. Letting go into the flow of the rhythm pulls you easily into the circle whether you are a first-time drummer or an old pro. Express your intentions and send them out into the universe on the waves of sound.
Bring your drums, tambourines, rattles, or anything else you have of a musical nature. Dancing, voicing, chanting and all other forms of involvement are welcome. Clap your hands or just be present.
Jim Mosley
is an environmental engineer who has been drumming on things (the table, the chair, the steering wheel) all of his life. Seven years ago he got a hand drum for his birthday and started attending drum circles of various kinds. For the last four years Jim has been leading monthly drum circles in Conway, Arkansas using this free-form style. Jim's drum circles also include a simple spiritual component: placing intentions into the circle before drumming to send them out into the universe on the waves of sound.
